2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you register for our services, you agree to:

4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1 Session Booking
When booking coaching sessions, you agree to:
- Provide accurate availability information
- Confirm your booking within the specified timeframe
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions (virtual or in-person)
- Provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling requests
4.2 Cancellation by Client
Cancellation policies are as follows:
- More than 48 hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours before session: 50% fee applies or one-time free rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours before session: Full fee applies, no refund
- No-show: Full fee applies, no refund
4.3 Cancellation by Academy
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:
- Coach illness or emergency
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice. Current prices apply to all bookings made.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Other payment methods as specified
5.3 Payment Schedule
- Single sessions: Payment required at time of booking
- Package programs: 50% deposit required, balance due before first session
- Corporate programs: Payment terms as specified in separate agreement
5.4 Late Payment
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of services until payment is received
- Late fees as applicable
- Cancellation of remaining sessions
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Service Quality and Results
8.1 No Guaranteed Results
While we strive for excellence in all our coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:
- Job offers or interview success
- Career advancement
- Specific skill acquisition timelines
- Performance in presentations or public speaking
Results depend on various factors including individual effort, practice, and circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Client Responsibilities
Achieving coaching goals requires your active participation and commitment to:
- Attend scheduled sessions
- Complete recommended exercises and practice
- Implement feedback and strategies
- Communicate openly with your coach
9. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Information shared during coaching sessions
- Your personal and professional circumstances
- Your progress and challenges
Exceptions to confidentiality include:
- Legal obligations to disclose information
- Situations involving risk of harm
- With your explicit written consent
10. Virtual Coaching Sessions
For virtual coaching sessions, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring reliable internet connectivity
- Having appropriate hardware (camera, microphone)
- Providing a private, quiet space for sessions
- Testing technology before sessions
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent session delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to follow recommendations
- We are not liable for outcomes of interviews, presentations, or professional situations
- We are not liable for technical failures beyond our reasonable control
